Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support S2P platforms, including Coupa, to ensure high system availability and reliability.
  • •Plan, test, and deploy system upgrades and new functionality in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
  • •Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and service requests within established service levels.
  • •Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, forms, catalogues, and other platform features to support business requirements.
  • •Develop training/documentation and support SIT/UAT testing, including test plans/scripts and defect resolution/validation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • •Working knowledge of cloud-based procurement systems and strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) process knowledge.
  • •Self-motivated team player with strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • •Coupa certified (preferred) or system admin experience on other S2P platforms, plus experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and JIRA/service desk tools.
