Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process conditions and technology to upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
  • •Establish and modify process management projects, including evaluation and promotion of new equipment and materials.
  • •Troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems and perform root cause analysis, including long-term defect investigations with shift engineering and other functional areas.
  • •Work with other process areas to understand and control process deviations and maximize yield using tools, process, or wafer fabrication recipes.
  • •Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work, evaluating products against specifications and recommending process improvements or equipment changes for new product/part types.
