Job Summary

Drive new enterprise business in California by selling Automation Anywhere’s Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform for intelligent automation across business and IT operations. Own sales pipelines and booking targets, lead customer meetings and product demonstrations, coordinate Proofs of Concept and RFX responses, and collaborate with Sales Engineering and internal teams to align solution design and technical requirements. Based in California (remote) with 25–50% travel to events and customers.

•Own new business bookings by identifying and pursuing revenue opportunities in California and executing tailored account strategies.
•Lead customer meetings and presentations, including product demonstrations to marketing-qualified leads.
•Attend tradeshows and industry events to generate leads and build relationships across California.
•Provide technical expertise through standard/custom product demos with Sales Engineering and handle technical objections.
•Coordinate Proof of Concept exercises and lead RFX responses, partnering with internal teams to deliver proposals and aligned solution design.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree combined with strong work experience (Master’s preferred in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related).
•7+ years of full sales cycle experience in the Computer Software industry, with emphasis on generating new business opportunities.
•Proven track record driving expansion bookings and achieving/exceeding annual sales quota.
•Ideal exposure to Agentic Process Automation (APA) and/or related automation technologies.
•Experience with consultative selling and working with channel partners and system integrators; strong computer and Salesforce proficiency.
