Job Summary

Provide system safety support on large rail projects, leading smaller assignments under senior guidance. Plan and chair hazard/risk workshops, develop safety documents (definitions, plans, hazard records, safety justifications) applying CSM-RA, collaborate with clients and teams on rail standards and requirements, and optionally manage smaller projects within the SEIA group in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide system safety support and guidance to clients on large, complex rail projects under the direction of senior team.
•Take a leading role on smaller projects under mentorship, including planning, supporting, and chairing Hazard Identification and/or Risk Assessment workshops.
•Prepare System Definitions, Safety Plans, Hazard Records and Safety Justification Reports applying CSM-RA for rail projects that deliver technical, operational or organizational change.
•Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop designs, technical standards, specifications and requirements for rail projects.
•Act as Project Manager for smaller projects with support from the senior team.
