Job Summary

Join a paving and construction team focused on safety and OSHA/MSHA-compliant work. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a safe work environment by following safety policies, procedures, and using appropriate tools and equipment.
•Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures.
•Assist the construction/paving crew with tasks such as shoveling, raking, running a wheelbarrow, digging, spreading, and leveling materials.
•Lift, carry, and move materials, tools, and supplies, including assisting with placement and dismantling of traffic control devices.
•Signal construction equipment operators to facilitate alignment and movement of materials and follow daily directions from the manager.

Key Requirements
