Key Responsibilities

  • •Take great care of customers by catching issues they may not ask about, such as coverage gaps, discounts, and renewal spikes.
  • •Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto/home/motorcycle and from policyholders needing changes.
  • •Learn the insurance product and work with a panel of insurance companies to match coverage to each customer.
  • •Problem-solve to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
  • •Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
