Key Responsibilities

  • •Work across the organization to identify infrastructure pain points, propose solutions, and drive work spanning multiple domains.
  • •Execute technical programs requiring deep systems/engineering knowledge, partnering with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Engineers, and other Technical Program Managers to drive programs to conclusion.
  • •Define and produce high-quality proposals, communications, and documentation for program outcomes and alignment.
  • •Develop and iterate program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to meet goals with clear success criteria and operationalize critical cross-functional programs.
  • •Shape technical design by predicting roadblocks, identifying trade-offs, leveraging data for strategic engineering leadership decisions, and scaling execution practices across engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management.
  • •4 years of experience in core infrastructure, including database, cloud compute, networking, and services.
  • •4 years of program management across all phases of software development from kickoff to launch.
  • •2 years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • •5 years each in software architecture/systems design and in technical program management in software infrastructure, plus 1 year of SQL experience.
