Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop deep working knowledge of incentive compensation plan design and explain plan rules and payout logic.
  • •Consolidate improvement requirements from sales, finance, and HR and translate needs into technical specifications for the global development team, coordinating validation and testing.
  • •Provide first-level support for the ICM application by triaging issues, resolving user questions, and escalating complex (level 2/3) technical issues to IT.
  • •Support data entry in the ICM database (e.g., sales targets) according to Global ICM Governance standards.
  • •Collaborate with HR and finance to maintain a clean and consistent data set while partnering with global users to meet evolving ICM standards.

Key Requirements

  • •B.A. or B.S. (or similar) in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics or equivalent work experience.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience as a Business/Systems Analyst (or similar) working with agile teams implementing IT solutions.
  • •Experience in stakeholder management.
  • •Fluent English.
