Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for opportunities related to clients’ financial wellness during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support related banking products (e.g., deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
  • •Build partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understand consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
