Job Summary

Lead end-to-end review of CBDoC and CBET solution designs, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Partner with Core Banking Architecture and engineering stakeholders to define technical direction, standards, and roadmap. Drive continuous improvement across performance, resilience, security, and operability, including monitoring and support readiness. Lead a team to adopt modern technologies and AI-assisted engineering practices, and coach engineers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyse end-to-end solution designs for CBDoC and CBET, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
•Partner with Core Banking Architecture and engineering stakeholders to shape technical direction, standards, and roadmap.
•Drive continuous improvement across performance, resilience, security, and operability, including monitoring and support readiness.
•Lead the team in adopting modern technologies and AI-assisted engineering practices to improve delivery efficiency and solution quality.
•Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers to support consistent engineering practices and high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven engineering solutions, including GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, or applied ML in engineering workflows.
•Strong technical background across modern platform stacks such as Java, cloud, big data, and event-driven architecture.
•Solid understanding of banking domain concepts and translating business needs into robust technology solutions.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global teams.
