Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage airworthiness control for the assigned fleet, including aircraft physical surveys and technical records review for certificate of airworthiness and airworthiness review certificate issuance and renewal.
  • •Identify deficiencies from physical/document reviews and ensure timely corrective actions to maintain validity of certificates.
  • •Develop and continuously improve CAR M checklists for physical survey and document review, and support implementation of CAR M Subpart I procedures into the Technical Procedures Manual (TPM).
  • •Liaise with the GCAA on issuance and renewal activities, organize meetings for updates and feedback, and produce technical reports on adverse trends requiring urgent attention.
  • •Develop, monitor, and manage aircraft inspections to meet the annual ARC audit plan for non-assigned fleets, including non-conformance reporting, root cause review, preventive action assessment, corrective action acceptance, and SMS risk assessments for significant operational changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years overall experience, including at least five years in continuing airworthiness.
  • •Appropriate CAR-66 license (B1/B2/C endorsed with aircraft type) or a Bachelor degree (Aeronautical, Mechanical, or electrical/electronic engineering).
  • •Formal aeronautical maintenance training and a position within the approved organization with appropriate responsibilities.
  • •Experience in airworthiness review, including ARC renewal, radio license, registration and de-registration of an aircraft, and export COA.
  • •Good communication and external/internal stakeholder management.
