Key Responsibilities

•AI Transformation Strategy & Roadmap: Define the annual AI adoption plan for the entire marketing organization and identify top AI use cases to drive efficiency and quality.
•Building & Leading the Team: Hire and develop a team of AI specialists, design organizational structure, and create career paths for this new function.
•AI Infrastructure & Tooling Ecosystem: Manage the marketing AI stack, build a central playbook, design automated workflows, and implement quality controls for AI content.
•Cross-Functional Enablement & Change Management: Train 100+ marketers, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Data Science/Legal, and track adoption metrics.
•Creative & Performance Impact: Drive faster creative output, integrate AI into media buying and optimization, and protect brand integrity.
