Key Responsibilities

  • •Define goals and lead global, regional, and local new product development programs/projects to meet scope delivery and execution commitments.
  • •Plan and direct project schedules and budgets; estimate, manage, and track costs including product costs, labor, and capital; manage CAPEX and OPEX tracking.
  • •Lead a project team in a matrix environment by setting objectives, aligning functional organizations to deliverables, and preparing milestone plans and approvals.
  • •Establish work breakdown structures for resource planning and implement risk management, including identifying risks and executing mitigation actions.
  • •Maintain and report project and program metrics through all stages (e.g., in PROPM), and improve/promote project management processes, tools, and training for other program managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience using project management tools and methods such as MS Project, Excel, and resource planning tools.
  • •Proven leadership, collaboration, and communication skills for working effectively with people and teams globally.
  • •Ability to direct others without formal reporting relationships across multiple functions and sites.
