Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure effective allocation and timely delivery.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert supporting complex Private Fund document processing and statement exceptions.
  • •Perform quality reviews, modify incorrectly extracted data, and reprocess data within SLAs.
  • •Track and drive team performance metrics including SLA compliance, processing accuracy, and throughput, serving as a primary escalation point.
  • •Partner with Machine Learning Operations on document relabeling/retraining and engage clients, GPs, and Fund Admins on statement data inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a relevant role and domain, with 2+ years of people team leader experience.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Experience in private equity/alternatives investment process and working with Private/Draw-down Funds reporting statements and data.
  • •Strong knowledge of capital markets and middle/back-office operations systems, with a focus on alternatives data processing and quality.
  • •Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage clients, data providers, and internal stakeholders.
