Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in executing waivers, amendment requests, and more material follow-on debt transactions such as bolt-on acquisitions and refinancings.
  • •Support the Director/VP’s day-to-day credit responsibilities by reviewing client financial performance, ensuring timely management information receipt, monitoring covenant compliance, and maintaining control systems.
  • •Report on key portfolio trends and interact with credit/risk to support ongoing monitoring.
  • •For follow-on deals, assist with due diligence evaluation, financial modelling, deal structuring, and preparation/presentation of credit risks and strengths.
  • •Manage relationship activity for a portfolio, including client meetings and identifying cross-selling opportunities, while facilitating booking and credit-file alignment with policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in cashflow lending within a Leveraged Finance or Corporate Banking context.
  • •Transaction and/or portfolio management experience.
  • •Confident in financial modelling and analyzing management accounts.
  • •Comfortable operating across multiple asset classes and products.
  • •Able to produce high-quality credit memos and dissect information to identify key risks, issues, and questions.
