Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to support for HRSD/GBS solutions.
  • •Configure HR case and knowledge management, employee center features, onboarding and lifecycle events, employee relations (where required), universal request, virtual agent, and shared-service workflows.
  • •Design employee journeys and operational reporting (dashboards, workspaces, executive views) while ensuring upgrade-safe, platform-guided practices and data privacy requirements.
  • •Provide detailed product and technical design input to solution/technical/enterprise/security/data/integration architects, including security models, data structures, integration patterns, and implementation approaches.
  • •Develop advanced configuration and integrations, support migration/validation, and drive testing, release planning, governance, and adoption activities including rollback/hypercare and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Current ServiceNow certification relevant to HRSD (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources).
  • •Proven experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD in complex enterprise environments with multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • •Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (or equivalent application-engineering expertise).
  • •ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly preferred; at least 3 Certified Implementation Specialist certificates.
  • •Strong experience translating HR/employee experience/shared-service/privacy/security/operational requirements into implementable ServiceNow designs and integrations.
