Conduct teller transactions with speed, accuracy, and efficiency while safeguarding bank assets. Set up, balance, and close a teller station; process cash, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and negotiable items. Record sales of monetary instruments, scan documents, and apply judgment for holds and check-cashing decisions. Maintain a neat, stocked teller area, cross-sell bank products and services, complete BSA/AML compliance training, and support balancing vault/ATM/night drop tasks as assigned.

•Follow limits and bank policies to protect customer accounts and ensure safety and soundness.
•Assist with balancing vault/ATM/night drop/coin machine as assigned and maintain schedule flexibility.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, with emphasis on office or related skills.
•12 to 18 months related experience and/or training.
•Ability to effectively communicate with customers and respond to questions in person or in small groups.
•Basic math skills and ability to use a 10-key for transactions.
•Ability to follow bank policies and complete required compliance training (including BSA/AML).
