  • •Apply Agile (Scrum) and phase-gate methodologies; ensure secure development life cycle, threat modeling, and web security assessments.
  • •Coordinate complex projects from inception to completion, with cross‑functional stakeholders and international teams.
  • •Mentor leaders and engineers, drive process improvements, and ensure faster time-to-market with cost savings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • •10+ years leading large software teams; 5+ years in software development.
