Key Responsibilities

  • •Own quote-to-cash/contract-to-cash end to end across Salesforce CPQ, Deal Desk approvals, contract stack, NetSuite, Zone Advanced Billing, and collections; identify high-leverage automation points.
  • •Automate the close, payables, and procurement by compressing the close (reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition support, reporting) and driving procure-to-pay (purchasing, vendor onboarding, invoice capture/matching, expense/spend categorization).
  • •Own the NetSuite OneWorld environment health (configuration, workflows, saved searches) including Zone Advanced Billing and Avalara.
  • •Serve as the finance-side go-to expert for systems integrations and data movement across Salesforce/NetSuite and planning platform (Pigment), and manage the solution roadmap across functions.
  • •Build internal, durable engineering applications used by others and raise team build capability; contribute training, documentation, and clear change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep working knowledge of quote-to-cash/contract-to-cash across CRM and ERP, including where data flows and breaks.
  • •7+ years hands-on with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-subsidiary environment, including configuration, workflows, saved searches, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and order-to-cash.
  • •Working knowledge of Salesforce, ideally CPQ, and how CRM data flows into an ERP (you won’t administer Salesforce).
  • •8+ years across finance/accounting/finance systems, including at least three years in-house inside a finance organization owning an end-to-end process.
  • •Track record automating finance/operations work and designing/deploying LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems people depend on.
