Key Responsibilities

•Provide administrative processing support to the Relationship Manager team while delivering high level customer service.
•Prepare and review loan-related account documentation and monitor the loan closing process.
•Review loan files for completeness and proper security of designated collateral.
•Monitor past dues and future maturities, manage draws, and update RMs regularly.
•Develop relationships with bank partners to identify cross-sell and referral opportunities, and assist with client-facing support (phones/visitors) and loan committee packets as needed.

Key Requirements

•Foundational understanding of banking industry regulatory compliance and FirstBank-specific policies and procedures.
•High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum two years of banking experience preferred.
•May require National Mortgage Lending Service (NMLS) certification.
•Ability to support Commercial Real Estate and/or Retail Banking teams as needed.
