  • •Take ownership of delivering to the programme vision and direction, driving cohesion and leading by example within high-performing team cultures.
  • •Maintain robust management and control frameworks, delivering or managing critical programme functions focused on outcomes and benefits realisation.
  • •Deliver commercial and contractual management of commissions, develop client partnerships, and contribute to business development and market expansion.
  • •Support structured stakeholder engagement and decision-making frameworks across seniorities, ensuring effective engagement and management of all stakeholders.
  • •Manage financial aspects, contribute to programme-wide risk management and assurance, and support health & safety safeguards throughout delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven programme management experience delivering large-scale or high-profile real estate transformation programmes (£100–£300m+), with demonstrable benefits and outcomes.
  • •Ability to prioritise complex programmes across the lifecycle and respond effectively to internal and external influences.
  • •Project delivery background with progression into programme delivery management in a construction environment.
  • •Understanding of construction programme delivery models, procurement routes, and contracts (NEC and JCT).
  • •Knowledge of project controls methodologies (schedule, cost control, and risk/opportunity management) and experience presenting data to senior client stakeholders.
