Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sourcing strategies for non-IT and IT categories, including facilities, logistics, marketing, HR services, professional services, real estate, indirect spend, and technology procurement.
  • •Lead the end-to-end procurement process: market research, supplier prequalification, RFI/RFP/RFQ, bid analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations.
  • •Drive cost optimization, total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction, and value creation while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • •Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and ensure quality, timely delivery, and service-level compliance.
  • •Negotiate long-term agreements and framework contracts; monitor market trends and inflationary pressures; conduct supplier performance reviews and risk assessments; develop corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • •+7 years strategic sourcing/procurement experience, ideally in financial services/banking and across multiple regions.
  • •Proven leadership of high-value, complex negotiations.
  • •Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MIS office) with advanced analytics capability.
  • •Hands-on experience with P2P/CLM/VRM platforms and ERP (Coupa, Ariba, Icertis, ServiceNow/Archer/OneTrust; SAP/Oracle).
