Key Responsibilities

  • •Support military and military commercial derivative aircraft programs in-service, in-production, and under development.
  • •Lead special projects and initiatives in safety, certification, performance, and program issues as directed by the EDI capability director.
  • •Develop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, and monitor and respond to technical developments throughout the program lifecycle.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical integration, certification, and project management to resolve complex issues and enable delivery, return-to-service, and production stream sustainability.
  • •Conduct detailed investigations to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements and to preclude safety issues, while managing risks and opportunities and coordinating with customers and regulators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (or non-US equivalent related qualifications).
  • •9+ years of experience performing complex engineering or system integration work (Level 4) or 14+ years (Level 5).
  • •3+ years (Level 4) or 5+ years (Level 5) leading and/or managing complex projects.
  • •3+ years (Level 4) or 5+ years (Level 5) developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
  • •US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance post-start.
