Senior Product Engineer, Cresta Labs

Build zero-to-one AI-native product experiences end to end, from early concepts and prototype validation through productionization. Partner with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguous customer needs into workflows, interfaces, and technical designs. Develop and improve AI agent development, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization workflows, using data and user feedback to drive measurable improvements—while documenting and demoing progress for cross-functional alignment.
