Job Summary

Serve DEWALT’s customers by performing in-shop service, repairs, and maintenance on electric and battery-powered tools. You’ll handle service requests, run warranty assessments, prepare cost estimates, and support both internal teams and external dealer partners across Norway. Work alongside a small team of technicians and receive product and systems training during onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out service, repairs, and maintenance of electric and battery-powered DEWALT tools at the workshop
•Receive service inquiries and perform warranty evaluations
•Prepare cost estimates and offers for service work
•Collaborate internally with the service team, customer service, and sales organization
•Manage external communication with dealers and partner workshops

Key Requirements

•Fagbrev as an electro-repair technician (elektroreparatør) is required
•Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on electric and battery-powered DEWALT tools
•Conduct warranty assessments and prepare offers/cost estimates
•Coordinate with dealers and internal departments to support service work
•Participate in onboarding with product and systems training
