QA & Test Manager

Design and execute testing strategies, frameworks, and quality assurance practices for digital banking applications and programs, including the dbFlow Automation project. Lead performance, automation, integration, and user acceptance testing, investigate defects, and report KPIs and results to development teams. Build and maintain test automation frameworks, test plans/cases/scripts, and ensure QA standards across the bank with strong collaboration across projects, product owners, and developers.
