Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive patient clinical efficiency before admission, during hospitalization, and post-discharge in collaboration with the clinical and nursing team.
  • •Support an integrated healthcare service by liaising and coordinating with clinician offices and external healthcare providers.
  • •Fulfil a patient liaison role throughout the delivery of the Care Expert product.
  • •Use data analytics and reporting to monitor patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and clinical governance.
  • •Drive a culture of improvement in quality and cost efficiency, ensuring effective communication and empowerment around value-based care within the units.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma in General Nursing or a B-degree in ancillary services.
  • •5 years’ experience in a senior nursing role (e.g., Shift Leader, SPN) within a private acute healthcare setting or in hospital-based ancillary services.
  • •Knowledge of pharmacology, including clinical pharmacy and antimicrobial stewardship.
  • •Experience with clinical information capturing, data analytics, and monitoring clinical outcomes.
  • •Computer literacy (MS Office) and ability to use evidence-based practice, clinical pathways, and risk identification protocols (e.g., IPC).
