Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and sustain one or more factory 300mm toolsets, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and excursion-free operations.
  • •Review relevant control charts and tool output daily to maintain matching performance and process stability.
  • •Deliver Model of Record (MOR) availability and achieve 100% matching for relevant operations.
  • •Define module roadmaps, establish flow/procedures/equipment configuration, and select/develop materials and equipment for quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity, and manufacturability.
  • •Lead improvements via an improvement roadmap; drive installations, conversions, qualifications, process transfer, and support factory start-up as needed (including possible day/night shift as an OSE).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, OR PhD with 2+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, or related STEM field.
  • •Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.
  • •Statistics and experimental design skills to apply knowledge to tool matching, tool qualification, and process development.
