Key Responsibilities

  • •Assembles OEM parts into finished products.
  • •Provide technical expertise in production issues and perform quick failure analysis with proposed actions.
  • •Reads technical instructions for mechanical assembly and follows operation/sequence from blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, or shop practices.
  • •Assembles and/or installs, and tests electrical and/or mechanical components.
  • •Ensures quality and timeliness of delivery by working with the Quality team and adheres to EHS practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed at least 2 years of associate technical course or short vocational course.
  • •Able to read technical design drawings and instructions or schematic diagrams.
  • •Preferably 1-3 years of related experience and/or training (Assembly Technician/Operator experience preferred).
  • •Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • •Preferably experienced with manufacturing tools/techniques such as CI, Kaizen, and 5S.
