Job Summary

Serve as a Seasonal Fan Experience Concierge Coordinator for Vibee in Las Vegas, delivering VIP guest service onsite and supporting fans remotely when the concierge is closed. Welcome and check in guests, answer artist and event questions, manage high-volume inquiries through calls/text/chat/email, complete waivers and provide credentials, and troubleshoot issues involving activation, ticketing, and hotels in coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet and welcome fans onsite (Thurs/Fri/Sat), check in guests using an iPad, and provide event-related information.
•Provide VIP-quality guest service, verify identification, complete required waivers/releases, and distribute credentials/gift bags/package elements.
•Resolve fan concerns and high-volume guest queries online via voice, text, chat, and email.
•Stay informed on artist/event details (schedules, venue info, special instructions) and support the broader guest services team with event and venue questions.
•Troubleshoot and resolve activation, ticketing, hotel, and other technical issues by coordinating with technical support, hospitality, and event management teams.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 20 - 22

Key Requirements

•1+ years of phone or in-person experience in hospitality, live events, ticketing, or guest services.
•Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite programs; experience with sales platforms, Airtable, and Slack is a bonus.
•Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multiple-demand work environment and respond to changing priorities.
•Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and guest service skills.
•Ability to troubleshoot issues, multitask, and learn new computer programs and systems as needed.
