Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out routine on-street maintenance, functional checks, and basic repairs on bicycles and e-Bikes.
  • •Replace and transport e-Bike batteries to maintain availability and meet customer demand.
  • •Operate an e-Cargo Bike or e-Van to support battery distribution and operational activities.
  • •Lock in and release bicycles at docking stations and ensure roadworthy bikes remain available.
  • •Complete accurate electronic logging of work, parts usage, and battery movements using mobile devices.
