Job Summary

Join Clio's post-sales Renewals team in Chile as a Renewals Specialist for a portfolio of emerging-segment legal clients. You will own the post-sales lifecycle, drive expansion opportunities, ensure rapid adoption of AI solutions, manage renewals, and proactively mitigate churn through strategic, data-driven engagement with customers. You’ll operate autonomously in a high-volume environment, collaborating with sales, CS, and product teams to maximize value.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Post-Sales Cycle: Lead the relationship with emerging segment clients from sales handover through renewal, acting as their trusted strategic advisor.
•Customer Sales Strategy: Identify and close expansion opportunities within your portfolio. You will manage upgrades (moving to higher-tier plans) and upsells (adding new modules or licenses).
•Adoption & Value: Ensure customers integrate legal AI into their daily workflows from day one, achieving minimal time-to-value.
•Renewals Management: Orchestrate the annual renewal process, turning it into a value-driven conversation rather than a purely administrative task.
•Churn Mitigation: Proactively identify at-risk accounts and execute recovery plans, transforming objections into success stories.

Key Requirements

•Law degree
•1–2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or commercial roles focused on post-sales
•Experience in B2B environments, preferably SaaS or Legal Tech
•CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
•Hybrid profile: empathy of a Customer Success consultant with the commercial instinct of a salesperson
