Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer and develop novel process flows for critical modules, including structural and electrical specifications and design rules.
  • •Utilize creative problem-solving to optimize process flows to improve performance and reduce future chip costs.
  • •Design experiments and analyze results using statistical analysis techniques; apply findings to enhance yield (DOE).
  • •Work cross-functionally across design, product engineering, process development, modeling, yield enhancement, electrical/physical failure analysis, parametric, and quality teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • •Define and achieve project sub-milestones and collaborate with manufacturing to transfer new technology from R&D to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of mainstream memory technologies including DRAM, NAND, NOR, and SRAM.
  • •MS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • •Expertise in device physics and understanding of process integration.
  • •Proficiency with data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.
  • •Preferred PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, plus semiconductor industry experience.
