Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare cardboard cartons/trays by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and securing ends; ensure adequate tape supply.
  • •Perform visual inspections of finished packaging for product integrity; remove out-of-spec product and communicate issues.
  • •Fill cartons/displays according to packaging specs and ensure correct labels, tapes, and seals when applicable.
  • •Stack cartons/trays on pallets/skids using correct stacking patterns; use pallet jack to move finished goods up to 300 lbs (if applicable).
  • •Clear and discard defective items, sweep and sanitize the work area, assist with rework, and support line startup/changeovers; report issues to appropriate leads.
