Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of U.S. Payroll and Core HR modules including configuration, testing, and deployment
  • •Configure payroll elements and definitions, and ensure compliance with U.S. regulations
  • •Design and configure Core HR structures (legal entities, business units, departments, jobs) and HR processes
  • •Develop functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials for HR teams
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong expertise in U.S. Payroll and Core HR
  • •Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM modules, identifying fit/gaps and recommending solutions
  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of U.S. Payroll and Core HR modules including configuration, testing, and deployment
  • •Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, pre-tax and post-tax components, and payment methods based on business needs
  • •Configure payroll definitions, payroll processes, and support payroll cycles ensuring accurate processing and compliance with U.S. regulations
