Job Summary

Experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant needed to lead implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on U.S. Payroll and Core HR. Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple locations in India, translate business requirements into system solutions, configure payroll definitions and Core HR structures, and collaborate with HR/stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end implementation of U.S. Payroll and Core HR modules including configuration, testing, and deployment
•Configure payroll elements and definitions, and ensure compliance with U.S. regulations
•Design and configure Core HR structures (legal entities, business units, departments, jobs) and HR processes
•Develop functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials for HR teams
•Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong expertise in U.S. Payroll and Core HR
•Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM modules, identifying fit/gaps and recommending solutions
•Lead end-to-end implementation of U.S. Payroll and Core HR modules including configuration, testing, and deployment
•Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, pre-tax and post-tax components, and payment methods based on business needs
•Configure payroll definitions, payroll processes, and support payroll cycles ensuring accurate processing and compliance with U.S. regulations
