Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Product and GTM to transform ambiguous questions into useful metrics, models, analyses, and workflows.
  • •Build and maintain dbt models and pipelines to create trusted views of product, customers, and business data.
  • •Design clear, maintainable data models and improve testing, documentation, performance, and reliability across the data stack.
  • •Create dashboards and self-service reporting in Metabase and Hex, and investigate beyond charts when needed.
  • •Operationalize data through reverse ETL and collaborate on GTM scoring, segmentation, automations, and internal tools.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or data engineering, ideally at a fast-moving software company.

  • •Own data projects end-to-end, from shaping ambiguous problems to shipping what others rely on.
  • •Strong data modeling judgment around grain, reusable components, interfaces, dependencies, and maintainability.
  • •Comfort communicating and partnering directly with technical and non-technical teams while balancing speed with durable solutions.
