Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiates the project, obtaining authorization to start the project and scope the project.
  • •Engages the project Sponsor and Steering Committee and aligns stakeholders.
  • •Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimizes the plan to maximize benefits and minimize risk.
  • •Proactively monitors project execution to identify risks, issues, dependencies and mitigates impact.
  • •Manages and reports on the project budget and ensures changes are controlled through change requests.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years' experience in managing Banking / FI Domain projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge and solid experience of project management in banking or financial institution environment.
  • •Ability to drive projects under minimal guidance in an often-turbulent environment and plan tasks with competing priorities.
  • •Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex global programmes or projects.
  • •Holder of PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or similar qualifications has definite advantage
