Fruits & Vegetables Team Leader

Lead daily operations of the fruits and vegetables section to deliver freshness, quality, and product availability that support sales targets and an exceptional customer experience. Monitor assortment, pricing, and promotions; manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and delivery schedules to reduce out-of-stocks. Minimize waste and shrinkage through stock rotation and quality checks, and maintain merchandising standards and hygiene, while coaching and developing the team to achieve operational and sales goals.
