Job Summary

Participate in the Para Ellas development program to build experience in HVAC by rotating through Sales or Service activities for 12 months. Collect and analyze market and customer information to recommend target markets and the best products and services. Identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement effective solutions, and propose projects that support continuous improvement while learning across business areas like Product Management, Pricing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with others to drive effective teamwork by connecting responsibilities to team goals and needs.
•Gather and analyze market and customer information to recommend target markets and the most suitable solutions/products/services.
•Identify improvement opportunities, analyze relevant information, and develop, evaluate, and implement effective solutions.
•Propose and/or implement a project contributing to continuous improvement in Sales or Service areas.
•Participate in program learning across areas including Product Management, Pricing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources.

Key Requirements

•Women newly graduated or in their final university semester in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering.
•Advanced English proficiency.
•Strong leadership demonstrated through university/community project leadership or active group participation.
•Proficiency with digital tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•Interest in continuous learning, customer focus, and learning the HVAC business, especially in Sales or Service.
