Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the roadmap for endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices).
  • •Design and evolve terminal management platforms and configurations.
  • •Ensure OS deployment, manage updates, and distribute software.
  • •Govern security, configuration, and identity management policies.
  • •Track service performance with KPI/SLA and act as technical reference for complex incidents and digital transformation projects (modern workplace, zero trust, virtualization).

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 in computer science (informatique).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in digital workplace environments and/or desktop management.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf.
  • •Experience with identity and directory services (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID) and group policies.
  • •An ITIL Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification is required.
