Assist senior operators in frac-specific operations for Production Enhancement, working with proppant, chemicals, blenders, and QA/QC tasks under strict supervision. Key Responsibilities

•Assist senior operators and/or perform frac-specific job roles such as proppant, chemicals, blenders, and QA/QC under strict supervision.
•Learn and perform pre/post job equipment inspections and preventative maintenance procedures.
•Operate support equipment including proppant handling, fluid tanks, suction manifolding, and discharge manifold equipment.
•Assist in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
•Assist with cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job while complying with safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Key Requirements

•Complete a high school diploma (or equivalent).
•Demonstrate required reading comprehension and writing skills.
•Perform basic computer skills and basic mathematical calculations.
•Complete requisite training and demonstrate competency for current and next level.
•Gain 3-6 months experience as an Operator Asst I (or equivalent on-the-job training leading to competency).
