Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the CMM agile practice by establishing team goals and iteration plans aligned to Program Increment (PI) objectives.
  • •Coach technical teams and Product Owners on Agile concepts and frameworks, including Epic/User Story creation, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • •Organize and run Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning/backlog grooming, reviews/demos, and retrospectives) and maintain JIRA boards and information radiators.
  • •Facilitate cross-team communication to identify dependencies, risks, and impediments; develop mitigation strategies and manage sprint commitments.
  • •Assess Scrum maturity, mentor teams on Agile values and continuous improvement, and provide transparent reporting to clients and leadership.
