Job Summary

Lead day-to-day technical delivery of civil engineering consultancy services for development projects, overseeing drainage, flood risk, highways and utilities through feasibility, concept, and detailed design to construction, while guiding a multi-disciplinary team and engaging clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day technical delivery of civil engineering consultancy services for development projects across the project lifecycle, from feasibility to construction.
•Provide project leadership on several multi-disciplinary projects and act as Project Manager where required.
•Engage with clients, stakeholders and design teams to ensure delivery within budget, on programme, and to the required quality for technical and legal compliance.
•Guide and support a team of technical staff across grades, providing mentoring and review of work.
•Coordinate with highway, water, statutory and local authorities to obtain outline and detailed technical approvals and statutory agreements.

•Knowledge of and experience in highway design, drainage strategies and technical design, flood risk assessments and management, utility design and planning
