Job Summary

Lead and optimize Leland's live AI education programs from end-to-end operations, content development, and instructor coordination. Design and automate workflows, manage cohort delivery, and scale curricula across programs, while writing student-friendly communications and partnering with ops and education teams to drive outcomes. Work across the AI Builder Program and other AI offerings, automating repetitive tasks with AI tools, planning program operations weeks to months in advance, and ensuring seamless enrollment, schedules, and demos. You’ll mentor instructors and TAs and help shape future AI education tracks.

Key Responsibilities

•Run cohort delivery end-to-end: enrollment, schedules, Slack channels, instructor handoffs, student comms, peer review, demo days.
•Own the curriculum product: manage session guides, slides, and help docs from draft through shipping to the live system across multiple programs at once.
•Design, create, and improve curriculum materials.
•Build AI-powered automations and workflows to move faster: Notion task boards, n8n flows, AI agents in Claude Code.
•Draft student-facing comms in Leland's voice: emails, texts, Slack posts, reminders.

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of professional experience in product management, operations, education, AI, or project management
•AI-native operator who actively creates automations and uses AI tools for leverage
•Strong ops and project management skills: Notion, project tracking, sequencing complex work, managing stakeholders effectively
•Education or instructional design background: you've built curriculum, run cohorts, and taught before
•Available full-time, in-person in the Lehi office
