ITO Project Manager - English Speaking

Lead and manage multiple ITO projects concurrently, taking initiatives from original concept through final implementation and handover to operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, define scope and deliverables, build project plans and schedules, and monitor progress, risks, and escalations. Manage project budgets and financial targets, ensure SLA and contractual compliance, coordinate cross-functional execution, and support pre-sales proposals and effort estimation.
