Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to memory/logic/analog circuit development through design, layout, and optimization.
  • •Develop patterns and regressions to increase functional coverage across DRAM architectures and features.
  • •Support design engineers by debugging failures, leading bug tracking, and closing coverage.
  • •Build and maintain testbenches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools.
  • •Create verification methods/flows and verification plans from functionality specifications in coordination with architects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design.
  • •Experience in mixed signal verification.
  • •Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools such as HSPICE, VerilogHDL, and FINESIM.
  • •Knowledge of verification languages and methodologies (SystemVerilog and UVM or equivalent), plus scripting languages like Python or Perl.
