Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and verify DFT architecture and features for critical SoC test and debug needs.
  • •Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand new DFT features and translate them into verification work.
  • •Estimate and develop directed and random DFT verification tests and make required test-environment changes.
  • •Debug test failures to determine root cause and work with RTL/DFT and firmware engineers to resolve design defects.
  • •Analyze and enhance legacy DFT test plans, recreate post-silicon failures pre-silicon, and conduct silicon debug/root-cause analysis with minimal logging support.

  • •Experience developing SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches for complex SoCs, including GLS and SDF verification.
  • •Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Python and Perl) for automation and testbench infrastructure.
