Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, partners, and vendors.
  • •Develop and manage production budgets, schedules (Gantt charts and milestones), and documentation (production bibles, handovers).
  • •Oversee site permitting and venue preparation, including coordination across departments (F&B, lighting, audio, stage, video).
  • •Coordinate design reviews with creative/technical teams to ensure alignment with client vision and financial targets.
  • •Present progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders and translate technical challenges into actionable business decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience negotiating contracts and managing a large vendor network.
  • •Willingness to be based in Montreal with a minimum of three in-office days per week.
