Provide expert, end-to-end support for NVIDIA Ethernet switching and AI infrastructure hardware/software in data-center environments. Serve as the primary contact for a prestige customer, delivering on-site and remote troubleshooting, collaborating with Engineering/Marketing, documenting standard methodologies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through meticulous research, debugging, and resolution of complex issues across Linux-based systems and enterprise platforms.
