  • •Promote and execute quality with strong quality mindset while sharing knowledge across the Patriot portfolio.
  • •Interface with program quality teams, programs, customers, and Integrated Product Teams to support technical quality, financial performance, and compliance.
  • •Proactively review program contract requirements to meet and influence customer needs.
  • •Execute tactical Mission Assurance plans affecting program implementation and influence.
  • •Monitor/lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) for program issues and support APQP as applicable; occasionally interface with government and foreign customers and suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • •Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
  • •Experience supporting a manufacturing environment and live issue resolution, including establishing priorities.
  • •The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.
